We are looking for an independent, results-driven Freelance Sales Representative to accelerate our B2B growth. In this role, you will act as a critical extension of our team, responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. You operate as your own boss, managing your pipeline autonomously while leveraging our product value proposition to secure new business. Key Responsibilities: • Outbound Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and engage target prospects through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) within our ideal customer profile (ICP). • Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and forecast a healthy sales pipeline using standard CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Pitching & Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations to key decision-makers and stakeholders. • Negotiation & Closing: Autonomously navigate objections, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed agreed-upon revenue targets. • Feedback Loop: Provide structured, direct feedback from the market regarding product-market fit, pricing objections, and competitor analysis. Required Profile & Competencies: • Proven Track Record: Tangible experience in B2B sales, ideally within the tech, SaaS, or startup ecosystem. You can point to deals you have successfully sourced and closed. • Autonomy & Drive: As a freelancer, you do not require micromanagement. You are highly organized, self-disciplined, and inherently motivated by performance-based metrics. • Tool Proficiency: Comfortable adapting to digital sales stacks, including CRM software, lead scraping tools, and outreach automation. • Communication: Exceptional critical thinking and negotiation skills. You can articulate complex value propositions directly and clearly, without relying on fluff. Compensation & Structure: (Note: As a freelancer, compensation models vary. Select the one that applies to your offer) • Model A (100% Commission): Uncapped commission based on a high percentage (e.g., 20-30%) of the total closed deal value or first-year recurring revenue (ARR). Ideal for high-risk, high-reward profiles. • Model B (Retainer + Commission): A fixed monthly retainer to cover lead generation and pipeline building activities, supplemented by a lower commission percentage (e.g., 10-15%) upon closing deals. • Status: Independent contractor (freelance). You are responsible for your own invoicing, taxes, and equipment.
