Is it free to post and apply?
Yes. Posting missions (startup) and applying (talent) are free in the MVP.
When does the startup pay?
Upfront, when an appointment is submitted (funded appointment).
When are prospect contact details revealed?
Only after the appointment is funded. Before payment, no email/phone/meeting link is shown.
How do disputes work?
Disputes are limited to objective cases (no-show, cancellation, duplicate). If accepted, the payment is refunded in full.
Can talents start direct conversations?
Yes. Free talents have a monthly outreach limit; Premium unlocks unlimited outreach. Messages inside an existing thread stay unlimited.
