Is it free to post and apply?
Yes. Posting missions (startup) and applying (talent) are free in the MVP.
When does the startup pay?
Upfront, when a deliverable is submitted (funded mission).
When are prospect contact details revealed?
Only after the mission is funded. Before payment, no email/phone/meeting link is shown.
What if a mission doesn't happen?
You get a guaranteed refund for no-shows and cancellations.
Can talents start direct conversations?
Yes. Free talents have a monthly limit for starting new conversations; Premium unlocks unlimited new conversations. Messages inside an existing thread stay unlimited.
